VISIT FROM BYU PRESIDENT KEVIN WORTHEN AND OUR TEMPLE TRIP!!!

On Wednesday, May 20, President and Sister Worthen visited Alcalá de Henares to sign an agreement with the University of Alcalá de Henares. They had already spent several days in Jordan meeting with government officials. We were thrilled to have them here. They, along with International Vice President Sandra Rogers, the Rosenbergs, and me, were given a tour of the old University buildings.

Afterwards, President and Sister Worthen met with the Rector of the university, Fernando Galván Reula.

The highlight was when President and Sister Worthen visited with our students!

On Friday, May 22, we attended the Temple. It took a little coordinating since the temple here requires coordination with stakes who are scheduled for ordinances. Well, it worked out and we had a great experience. Some attended a session and other ordinance sessions.
